A free family membership is included in the purchase of a property within the estate.

There are also a limited number of outside memberships available.  (click here for form)

There are 3 different residential membership options:

1. GOOSE VALLEY APARTMENT
   Sectional Title apartment development positioned amoung the original 9 holes, comprising 272 units in all.  Apartments vary in size from 80m² to 140m² and are available in 2, 3 and 4 bedroom configurations.
   
   
2. TURTLE CREEK
   Freehold modern Mediterranean themed estate on the Goose Valley Golf Course positioned among the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th holes, comprising only 59 freehold properties on large stands.  The stands are approx 850m² and the houses between 350m² and 500m².  There are 52 such homes and 7 cluster homes which are slightly smaller.
   
   
3. FAIRWAY CLOSE PRIVATE ESTATE
   Freehold modern Cape Cod-styled estate on the Goose Valley Golf Course nestled between the 16th and 17th fairways, comprising only 13 freehold properties on smaller stands.  The stands are approx 550m²  and the houses between 250m² and 500m².
